Northdica Return & Exchange Policy

At Northdica, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Returns requested after 30 days may be denied.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free of stains, odors (including deodorant or perfume), pet hair, or damage
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Northdica reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Undergarments, bodysuits, or intimate apparel
- Accessories such as earrings or items marked “non-returnable”
- Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care
4. How to Start a Return
- Visit our returns page at: [northdica.com/returns]
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the item(s) and reason for return
- Follow the instructions to receive your return label

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund if a prepaid label is provided.
- Northdica is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages without tracking.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability).
If the requested item is out of stock, we may issue store credit or a refund instead.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
10. Store Credit
Store credit:
- Never expires
- Cannot be transferred
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
11. Policy Updates
Northdica may update this policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the update date.
